About Manna House of Gladewater
We provide free food and clothing to people in our community.
We are open 9 AM to 11 AM every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from January through November.
During December, we will be open two days to provide our Christmas boxes, on days to be to announced.
We are located at 517-A E. Broadway in Gladewater, of the City Hall Building. During those hours, we answer the phone at 903 - 845 - 3128.

Manna House came into being over 40 years ago through the work of Jimmie Muckleroy and the local churches affiliated with the Gladewater Ministerial Alliance
Rules and Guidelines
- Households are eligible to receive 1 food box a month.
- Clothing is available during our usual hours, when helpers are available. Quantity taken is subject to limitation if warranted.
- Picture ID must be presented at each visit.
- Proof of residence in our community is required at registration.
- People living just outside our community and those that are homeless will be considered on an individual basis.
- Larger boxes are issued to larger families. However, there can only be one box provided for each address, no matter how many individuals are living in the home.
Donations
Our donations of food, money, and clothing are due to the generosity of local businesses, churches, and members of our community. We do NOT receive help from the state, federal, or local government - except for office space and parking.
We do NOT receive United Way funds.
Although we are not affiliated with East Texas Food Bank, they have donated surplus produce when available.
We greatly appreciate all those that have given in the past and will give in the future. Only through your generosity will we be able to continue this ministry.
